Within the opening credits not much of the story was told. The shots were close up shots, wide shots, mid shots and arial shots. For editing there was jump shots and short takes. The opening credits included many sound effects and dialogue. The mis-en-scene used was the props of the cars. Rush won the BAFTA Award for Best Editing and Festival Film Banding. The the opening credits for the movie Need for Speed, the storyline was not told just setting the tone that the movie was most likely going to be about cars. There was multiple point-of-view shoots of what the driver of the car sees and an arial shot of the cars driving down the road. The mis-en-scene is the costumes the actors driving the cars were wearing. The sound in the opening credits were voice overs and sound effects. The overall budget of the movie was 66 million and the ended up making 96.1 million. The nominations for the movie were Independent Feature Film, Best Stunts Award, and the Best Music Supervision for Trailers award. Overall the one award won wad the Taurus Award.

In the opening credits of the movie Drive, not much of the story line was told. The shots in the opening credits were establishing shots to set the characters of the movie. The rest is is mainly shot takes and sound effects like music playing in the background. The mis-en-scene is with the props, like the car and the costumes the actors are wearing. The budget of the film was 16 million and the profit was 78.1 to 81 million. The movie was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for best supporting actor, academy award for best sound editing, and many others. Drive one ended up winning one award, for best sound editing.

In Baby Driver the opening credits did not reveal much about the plot of the movie. Within the opening credits there were many close-ups, wide shots and point-of-view shots. The editing consisted of eye-line matches and insert shots. There was also source music playing in the background. The mis-en-scene that was used was the car as a prop and the costumes of the bank robbers. The budget of the movie was 34 million and the movie over all made 107.8 million. The movie was nominated for academy award best sound mixing, best sound editing, and best film editing. Baby Driver won the empire award for best sound track, NME award for best film and empire award for best production design.

The film I chose was the first Fast and Furious. This movie is an action and also are car movie which is the kind of film we are looking to create. Within the first two minutes, the stories plot was still unknown. The opening credits including a car highjacking which is setting the introduction to what is going to be happening in the film. There was little dialogue and mostly just insert shots of the setting. Then the scene switched to an action shot of three cars chasing the semi truck. The opening credits left viewers interested in the reason for the highjacking and questioning what is going to happen. The over all budget for the film was 38 million dollars and the film made about 287.3 million dollars total. The film was nominated for many MTV and Teen Choice awards for best action movie, and have won 5 awards, one people the People's Choice award.

I feel that the film project would be the best for me. I feel that I will enjoy making a film more then doing a magazine. The main determining factor of choosing the film is that I feel that I will be able to easier to create the tone of my film. For my film I want to create the opening credits for would be an action movie. My group's idea is to do something on car racing and include interesting shots of the racing and of the cars. The members of my group Makayla and Erik. Erik job will be the to bring one of the cars for filming and one of the main characters who drives the car. My job in the film will mostly to be filming the all the shots. Makayla's job will be to also bring a car and be one of the main drivers.

For the film project I feel that it would be a better fit for me. This would be a overall better fit because, I am more interested in actually making a film. I have always enjoyed making videos and trying to create an overall unique film. I an interested in the pre film part, the writing if the script and the planning on where to film and who will be in it. I am interested in the costumes and the make-up in the pre filming. I also would enjoy the post film process with, editing because I have always enjoyed editing and adjusting everything to create the overall tone of my film. I struggle with filming which I recordnized in the filming of Ferris Buellers Day Off is how much time the process takes. When watching how the film was made I realized that some shots don't look the way they are expected to and might need to be reshot. Overall though I feel that I would enjoy the whole process of making a film.
